As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Finan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation $75,000.00 - $ per year
Responsibilities- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
