This role is based at our state-of-the-art headquarters with a bright, spacious shared workspace, scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, and a kitchen stocked with healthy snacks, protein powder, and coffee. This role requires being in Colorado and is an onsite role requiring 5 days in the office at or Westminster, CO Head Quarters.

The Product Manager II plays a critical role in leading REP’s product strategy and in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products across multiple product lines. They own the Product Development Lifecycle from ideation through post-launch performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with REP’s strategic goals and delivering innovative, high-quality products to market.
In this role, the Product Manager II will identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and bridge the gap between technical feasibility and customer needs. They will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to bring innovative products to market, while advocating for the best possible product. The role emphasizes expanding REP's cardio product portfolio as well as bringing innovative strength products to market.
Success requires a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and customer insight, and the ability to motivate and challenge other teams while navigating difficult trade-offs. As a key leader, this individual will influence major business decisions and contribute to REP’s long-term growth.

- Product Expertise:
Be a subject matter expert on REP’s products, industry trends, and customer needs. - Product Strategy &
Roadmap:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Identify industry-leading products, conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Product Scope:
Develop Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) outlining product specifications & requirements, competitive benchmarking, cost analysis, packaging, and key features. - Product Definition:
Define the why behind each product and communicate product value to internal teams and customers. Collaborate with marketing to ensure messaging aligns with core benefits and differentiators. - Translate Technical Decisions:
