Contract: 1-year contract with potential extension

Pay Rate: $68.00 - $70.50/hour

Location: Westminster, CO (hybrid/onsite as required)

About the Role Russell Tobin is seeking a Product Manager, Agriculture Industry Solutions for an exciting opportunity with one of our global software clients. This role is ideal for a product professional who excels at translating high-level product strategy into clear, actionable technical deliverables while fostering strong collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders. You will own and manage the product backlog, partner closely with engineering leadership, and play a key role in shaping the product roadmap in a highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Create, maintain, and clearly sequence product backlog items to best achieve business goals
• Write detailed user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and removing functional blockers in real time
• Review completed work against acceptance criteria and make final determinations on work item completion
• Communicate release status and manage stakeholder expectations when priorities shift due to market changes
• Support Product Managers in defining mid-to-long-term roadmaps based on team velocity and technical feasibility
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the feature development process

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
• Prior experience working in the Automotive, Construction, or Agriculture vertical is required
• Experience with guided systems and/or GNSS, or an understanding of this technology highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Demonstrated success breaking down large, complex concepts into granular, actionable, and independent user stories
• Experience using objective prioritization frameworks such as RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort)
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, GNSS, and technical constraints of complex products
• Proficiency with product and backlog management tools such as Jira or Aha!
• Experience working within joint ventures or multi-company ecosystems where priorities may overlap or conflict
• Understanding of Agriculture or Construction workflows and associated market cycles

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Ability to confidently lead grooming, planning, and review sessions
• Exceptional skill in transforming customer requirements and high-level feedback into clear, actionable engineering narratives
• Strong collaborator who builds trust-based partnerships across Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to create a unified, high-performing environment
