In this role, you will serve as an operational enabler to our CEO, acting as their central connection point and ensuring the seamless flow of information and logistics. You’ll make a tangible impact by anticipating needs, solving complex problems, and managing critical communications, allowing the CEO to focus on high‑level strategy. This is a dynamic position that puts you at the heart of our executive operations.
Key Responsibilities- Master the CEO’s calendar: proactively manage and optimise a demanding schedule of internal meetings, external appointments and strategic planning sessions.
- Serve as a communication hub: act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritising all incoming communications and drafting professional correspondence.
- Navigate complex travel: take full ownership of domestic and international travel logistics, from flights and hotels to ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
- Drive team collaboration: partner with the Chief of Staff and other executive assistants to coordinate crucial arrangements and help foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can "see around corners" to anticipate needs and have information ready before it is requested.
- Global navigator mindset with proven ability to manage intricate logistical challenges, particularly for complex travel arrangements.
- Master communicator with expert‑level writing skills and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Adaptable and available, understanding this is not a traditional 9‑to‑5 role and willing to be available during non‑standard hours to support a demanding schedule.
- High proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with a Board of Directors.
- Expert at creating beautiful, impactful presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
