Sales specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
Guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages.
Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory and drive in‑stock levels to support a seamless shopping experience.
