Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2304) s role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, assisting with purchases, and providing support across store services.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve needs and communicate promotions, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience
• Inform guests about Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate features within the Target App (Wallet) and how to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as needed
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards
• Support guest services (OPU, Drive-up, DU Returns) and comply with applicable laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office as needed
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Able to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
