• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet; assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Process returns in line with policies; partner with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area; stock supplies during store hours as needed.
• Work safely, comply with safety policies, report hazards, and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, and Drive Up returns with compliance to laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
