As a Private Client Investment Associate, you will support Private Client Advisors by ensuring accurate and timely operational processing, enhancing client relationships, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include account opening, money movement, investment trades, risk‑management procedures, and compliance forms.

• Support Advisors’ book of business by facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
• Assist Advisors in building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up‑to‑date information, including ongoing wealth planning and lead generation.
• Manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare accurate performance reports.
• Actively engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, Account Reviews, and Inquiries.
• Support business‑unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, such as completing required operational forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain and foster a positive team culture.

• Valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• Those registered after October 1, 2018, must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
• Valid and active Series 66 (or 63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within 120 days of starting the role.
