Construction Project Manager!Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for bringing spaces to life? Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $84,000 to $96,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a
Construction Project Manager you will lead renovations, new builds, relocations, and closures across our growing national network. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from concept to completion—gathering requirements, developing budgets and schedules, coordinating with trades and suppliers, and ensuring every location is delivered on time, on budget, and ready for business.

Why we’ll love You:
- 5
-10 years of construction or project management experience in retail or office environments. - Deep understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and terminology.
- Expertise in managing construction budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Hands-on experience with landlord negotiations and permit processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Bluebeam and AutoCAD experience a plus).
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field.
Once here, you'll:
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects for new branch openings, relocations and renovations across Canada.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the tendering process and award contracts to general contractors or subtrades, in addition to securing all necessary approvals from landlords and municipalities.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle—from concept to completion—ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
