Job Description:

** The Role
** The FFIO Pricing & Billing Technology team is looking for an experienced Director Full Stack Engineer to accelerate modernization of Pricing platform capabilities. The position is based in Westlake, Texas and will provide technical leadership with strong focus on engineering excellence. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment focusing on business outcomes.
** The Expertise and Skills You Bring
*** 12+ years of hands-on experience in full stack application development with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Camel, JMS, Apache Kafka, relational databases (Oracle) and deploying application in Kubernetes environments.
* Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Type Script, Node, NPM, Rx JS)
* A solid and strong foundation in software engineering and design patterns with focus on engineering excellence. Experience in reverse engineering and understanding existing applications.
* Delivery focus with the ability to take full ownership, Proven track record in driving innovation and strategic transformation through emerging technologies and architectural modernization.
* Aspiration and skills to drive technology roadmaps for establishment and rollout of engineering standards, technology direction, and product architecture.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time, self-directed, results oriented
* Experience in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced collaborative environment and accelerating business outcomes by delivering solutions effectively.
