Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Join American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a full-time Sales Leader. You will support the Store Leadership Team by managing daily store operations, driving sales, and fostering a positive guest experience.

• Lead LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Maximize sales by optimizing fitting room and sales floor productivity.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates to maintain a guest-first culture.
• Coach associates with clear goals, real-time feedback, and performance recognition.
• Execute visual merchandising and operational procedures, maintaining brand standards.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and compliance with AEO policies.

• Passion for driving sales and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail management, preferably in a store leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Business acumen and detail orientation.
