Choolaah is a fresh take on the timeless experience of community ovens. At Choolaah we create joyful experiences and it permeates everything we do. As General Manager you’ll help inspire that by enabling our teams to create raving fans and push the limits of service and performance excellence.

Choolaah GM (CGM) is passionate about quality food, team building and development, and having the opportunity to run a world class business. CGM has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single Choolaah restaurant, ensuring every guest is delighted every time, creating raving fans. Our CGMs build, inspire and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts.

• Total Compensation potential over $80,000
