You are a committed and compassionate nurse who values flexibility, teamwork, and providing exceptional care. You are comfortable working across a variety of shifts and bring both professionalism and kindness to resident interactions, especially within Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings.

• Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and assist care staff in supporting residents with ADLs
• Respond to call lights and resident needs
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and shift reports
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection control and safety procedures

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
