Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based at our Westlake, OH location. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling, cutting, and care services to clients. Responsibilities include conducting consultations to determine client needs, performing hair treatments, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
Qualifications- Expertise in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Hair Cutting techniques
- Professional training and certification in Cosmetology
- Strong Customer Service skills to create a positive client experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a collaborative salon environment
- Licensure as a cosmetologist in the state of Ohio is required
