This position will be located on-site at our Global Headquarters in Westlake, OH.

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial results to create actionable insights for operational partners to leverage and apply
• Engage with peers and team members to obtain knowledge to complete projects
• Develop and implement various frameworks and business intelligence reporting
• Explore and implement creative applications of AI and automation tools to enhance data visualization and drive predictive insights for the FP&A team
• Liaise with other operational partners to advise decision makers or complete project requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and records on all projects assigned
• Follow all current standards utilized by your team

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Seeking rising junior or senior applicants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products. Power
  
  BI or other business intelligence knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
• Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
• Growth mindset oriented - can implement feedback and work to continuously improve
• Demonstrated success at maintaining high personal work standards
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
• Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
