the Internship Program

Our 10‑week Sales Development Internship offers a unique opportunity to jump‑start your career in business‑to‑business sales while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry‑leading organization. As an intern, you will be part of the Sales Development Program, designed to rapidly develop your professional skills and prepare you for a future full‑time role.

What You’ll Do
  • Build a Strong Foundation in Sales Development:
    Dive deep into the fundamentals of sales development and sales strategy, learning directly from our experts while engaging with clients and decision‑makers to understand their business needs and introduce our consultative approach.
  • Gain Cross‑Functional

    Experience:

    Beyond your core responsibilities in business development, you will have the unique opportunity to explore and gain insights into all key areas of our business, including:
    • Sales:
      Learn advanced sales techniques and strategies through shadowing and hands‑on training.
    • Client Services:
      Understand the intricacies of our Snap Shot Audits, including identifying errors and inefficiencies, and see how we manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and drive significant changes.
    • Strategic Services:
      Get familiar with our managed service offering and understand how we deliver ongoing value through proactive expense management.
  • Develop Critical Professional

    Skills:

    Participate in workshops and training sessions focused on leadership, communication, negotiation, and other essential skills necessary for a successful career in sales and beyond.
  • Engage with Senior Leadership:
