Lead Retail Replenishment Analyst

Job Description

As this is a hybrid role, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. Lead Retail Replenishment Analyst will primarily be responsible for the management of defined Retail Inventory Management activities and functions. Using both statistical and data analysis, the Lead Retail Replenishment Analyst will be expected develop, lead discussion and implement recommendations to meet the defined needs of the business.

This role will proactively work to improve KPIs and work with other areas to resolve supply issues as well as develop and maintain business processes to ensure effective and compliant performance. This role has the potential for supervision of up to 2 analysts.

• Drive efficient and profitable inventory management strategies to deliver optimal service by managing and balancing multiple supply chain metrics
• Responsible for analyzing and recommending system level retail replenishment policies
• Takes a leading role in engaging and collaborating with other departments to develop and implement processes and metrics that will guide inventory management and replenishment best practices
• Plays a critical role in transforming analytics and developing new tools within the department
• Looks to optimize order executions and flow to drive efficiencies
• Build and maintain good relations with your internal clients in order to guarantee optimal collaboration and you act as flexible as possible.
• Provides Ad Hoc analysis and projects as requested and other duties as assigned
• Potential for supervision of up to 2 direct reports

• Minimum 4 years experience in a relevant function in Demand & Supply Planning - Supply Chain Management preferably with a Consumer Product Company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Statistical Analysis Skills required
• Advanced abilities in Data Analysis platforms (Power BI, R, Python)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, to prioritize and to multitask while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills - Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to cross functional teams and individuals at many levels
• SAP IBP or similar a plus

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations or related experience
