Duration: 5+ Months with possible extension
Shift: 3:30 PM TO 2 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a controlled production environment. In this role, you will perform a combination of assembly, repair, and testing of medical device components such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and related assemblies. The position requires following standardized procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, repair, and test medical device components according to work instructions.
  • Follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines in a manufacturing cell environment.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records to ensure product traceability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and manufacturing management regarding production issues and improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize electronic data systems and basic computer applications for production tracking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to required cleanroom and dress code standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
