Job Details

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of legal knowledge, client-service orientation, and the ability to manage real estate matters efficiently.

Core Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
  • 2–7 years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area (open to more senior candidates depending on background).
  • Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues, and related legal documentation.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment in fast-moving matters.
  • Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Experience with condominium or community association law.
  • Background in real estate litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Prior work with lenders, developers, or title companies.
