Part-Time Breakfast Attendant – Crestline Hotels & Resorts
Are you an early riser? Are you outgoing? If so, we have a position for you as our Part‑Time Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Boston Westford.
Starting Wages: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
OverviewThe Breakfast Attendant sets up the dining area for daily meals, ensures side work is complete before service and before leaving for the day, prepares deli items, salad bar, and other items as designated by supervisor, following approved recipes, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all work surface areas and food service areas. The role follows the "clean as you always go" policy, monitors food use and tallies meals consumed, and maintains overall food quality.

KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, table set‑ups, expected meal numbers, safety and sanitation requirements, and proper storage procedures.
- Complete opening duties: check quality and amount of breakfast stock via checklist, requisition supplies, transport equipment, set up condiments and non‑alcoholic beverages, and stock silverware, glassware, chinaware, utensils, and tools.
- Inspect cleanliness of tables and service areas, set tables, prepare service lines, and ensure all equipment is working and clean.
- Receive food from Kitchen, place in holding areas at the specified temperatures, defrost, clean, and prepare produce as assigned.
- Maintain supply levels of stock and non‑alcoholic beverages throughout scheduled hours.
- Monitor and maintain food quality and cleanliness on service lines, anticipate usage levels, and report replenishment needs to Kitchen promptly.
- Obtain replacements for items removed from service.
- Greet and serve meals to hotel employees.
- Remove soiled trays, separate items, and wipe dining tables clean. Clean spills immediately.
- Break down all goods and return unused food to designated storage areas.
- Sanitize service lines, beverage dispensing equipment, and other equipment following procedures. Restock stations for the next meal period.
- Complete closing side duties, organize supply/storage closets, and report any damages, hazards, or problems to the Manager.
- Document pertinent information in the logbook and sweep or mop floor as needed.
- Must have a good understanding of the English language.
