Systems Engineer

Position: Staff Systems Engineer

Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

- Ability to understand the technology and operation of medical instruments at the system level.

Ability to Ability to write requirements and API documentation for embedded systems.

Experience writing firmware with and without real-time operating systems (e.g. Real-Time Linux, Threadx, Free-Rtos, etc.).

Experience with source control software Ability to write programs to test peripheral subsystems in manufacturing and V&V.

- Specific experience with ARM Cortex chips
- Specific experience with Nordic chips (ISM radios)- Experience working in Agile development teams.

- Experience with Git.

Previous experience with firmware for medical devices.
