Our company, Emanouil Brothers, Inc., provides landscape maintenance and construction, snow management, and other outdoor services, and we’re looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing various landscaping tasks and snow management in the winter.

Our office is located in Chelmsford, MA. All applicants must live in Chelmsford or in a nearby area of Massachusetts, such as Lowell, Westford, or Carlisle.

Landscape Construction Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Must have knowledge of excavating, landscape construction, hardscape, maintenance, and snow management.
  • Responsible for working with and alongside crew during the landscaping season to maintain a high level of quality while working within budgeted hours.
  • Perform snow management duties such as plowing, equipment operation, or shoveling during winter months.
    • Landscape Construction Foreman Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience preferred.
  • 2a Hydraulic license required.
  • 1c Hydraulic license preferred.
  • Ability to supervise and teach crew members.
  • Ability to follow budgets and set goals for jobs.
  • Ability to operate excavator, skid loader, backhoe (2a Hydraulic license).
  • Knowledge of construction plans.
  • Ability to operate a laser level and shoot grades.
  • Ability to recognize plants, perennials, trees, and place them according to plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail in a high-performance environment.
  • Pay: $22-$35+ per hour (depending on experience).
