Jewelry Sales Associate

Overview

The Jewelry Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a premium, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. This role focuses on guiding customers through jewelry and watch selections, building long-term client relationships, and contributing consistently to sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry and watches based on their needs and preferences
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure a high-end shopping experience
• Build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships
• Provide accurate product knowledge, including jewelry materials, gemstones, and timepieces
• Assist clients with jewelry repairs, sizing, and service coordination
• Process sales transactions and support achievement of individual and store sales goals
• Maintain showroom appearance, merchandise displays, and overall store presentation
• Uphold company standards of excellence, integrity, and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer trust
• Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
• Passion for fine jewelry, luxury products, and client-focused selling
• Knowledge of gemstones, watches, or luxury retail preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications in gemology or jewelry sales are a plus
