The Jewelry Sales Associate position is a full-time, on-site role located in Westfield, NJ. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, delivering personalized customer service, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Daily responsibilities also include assisting clients with jewelry repairs, maintaining the showroom, providing product recommendations, managing sales transactions, and contributing to overall sales goals while upholding the store's standards of excellence.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience
• Experience in retail sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• A passion for fine jewelry and luxury products, with knowledge of gems and watches being an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in gemology or jewelry sales are a plus
