A rapidly expanding car wash chain in Central New Jersey is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategy and spend across 18 retail locations. This role is perfect for someone who wants full ownership of a multi‑location brand, enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on execution, and is excited to drive customer growth, brand awareness, and revenue performance.

The Ideal Candidate- Strategic, analytical mindset with experience shaping effective marketing direction.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, comfortable guiding teams and working across partners.
- Organized, proactive operator who manages multiple priorities and drives consistent results.
- Lead all marketing strategy across 18 retail locations, including full‑funnel digital marketing, CRM, website strategy, in‑store retail marketing, and brand management.
- Manage and develop the marketing team and external partners, overseeing priorities, creative development, vendor relationships, contracts, and cross‑functional project execution.
- Own all marketing budgets and performance analytics, driving data‑driven decision‑making, optimizing spend across paid media channels, and ensuring all initiatives meet ROI and business-growth targets.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital, multi‑location marketing, with a strong background in paid media, analytics, CRM, and marketing technology.
- Proven ability to lead marketing strategy and budgets, including performance optimization and vendor/agency management.
- Strategic leader with strong project management skills, capable of developing teams and executing initiatives across multiple channels.
