Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $55,000 per year. Annual Performance Bonus tied to office performance. Referral Bonus for new agents or employees. Paid Time Off:

We represent a high-performing real estate office in Westfield, NJ
. Seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience (preferably real estate or related legal/sales field) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Transaction Coordination:
Assist agents with listing coordination, MLS data entry, compliance file management, and deadline tracking for "Under Contract" properties. - Office Management:
Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and keep front office, conference rooms, and common areas client-ready. - Agent Support:
Onboard new agents, manage CRM database, and provide technical support for office equipment and software. - Marketing Support:
Create brochures, open house flyers, social media posts; manage mailing lists for client outreach. - Client Relations:
First point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls, delivering a "white-glove" customer service experience to buyers, sellers, and visiting attorneys.
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required; prior experience in a Real Estate office, Title Company, or Real Estate Law firm highly preferred. - Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace required. Familiarity with GSMLS,
Follow Up Boss
, Dotloop, or Docu Sign is a major plus. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. - Organization:
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting tasks without losing composure. - Reliability:
Punctual, reliable, and able to work full-time in-office Monday through Friday.
- Base Salary: $55,000 per year.
