Description Essential Duties and Tasks

Training & Program Coordination- Facilitate, schedule, and track all required training for new hires and current employees.
- Develop and maintain training matrices and training records within HRIS, LMS, or site databases.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and cross-functional training initiatives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, SOPs, certifications, and compliance records.
- Follow up on overdue or incomplete training and support leaders in closing gaps.
- Assist in performance management training, employee relations training, and policy education sessions.
- Prepare training reports for leadership, audits, or regulatory agencies as needed.
- Assist in administering HR policies and procedures.
- Support Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with performance management, employee relations, and HR audit processes.
- Provide support for Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist with HR projects as assigned.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate, schedule, and document safety training (LOTO, Haz Com, PPE, PIT, etc.).
- Work with manufacturing to ensure compliance with environmental and GMP requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in training and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance learning culture and employee engagement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by HR.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; or 2+ years of experience in HR or training coordination (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Experience in safety programs, HR processes, or regulatory training administration.
- Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and safety standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook); experience with HRIS/LMS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
