Overview
Behavioral Health Network (BHN), the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and families in our ABA programs. Shifts: Hybrid, varies 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm.
Pay: $22.75-$23.75 per hour

As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct services to children and youth in home, school, and community settings using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA-based instruction and behavioral supports
- Implement treatment and behavior plans prepared by a supervising BCBA
- Model strategies for parents and caregivers to support progress at home
- Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment goals
- Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings and collaborate with other providers
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of all sessions and contacts
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant direct service experience (required)
- Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior planning, and intervention strategies (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with caregivers and team members
- Must be age 21+ (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)
