Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor part time

Overview

Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. Come work for a woman/slp owned company. In this role, you will work with patients of various ages who are experiencing communication disorders. As a part-time Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of the individuals you serve.

You must be available 3 days a week but the hours can be somewhat flexible. This position may involve supervising an SLPA and having a small caseload with some evaluations.

• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in individuals of different age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Provide therapy sessions to enhance speech, language, and swallowing abilities
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support patients' communication goals
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in providing speech and language therapy to a diverse population preferred
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software related to speech-language pathology

• Full-time
• 1099 contract till the end of the year
• $90-95 per hour
