In partnership with the Program Director, the Licensed Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and supporting daily operations to client care programs.
This individual will help ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
In partnership with the Program Director, provide leadership and support to daily operations of client care programs. Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines. Work under the guidance of the Program Director.
Qualifications- Active Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
- Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Previous training experience required
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to one of our office locations
