Full Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct repairs and upgrades to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repair logs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement best practices for a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and maintain a stock of necessary tools, parts, and supplies.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various manual tasks.
• Certifications related to maintenance work (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus.
