We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Leader to take ownership of a high–performing outbound sales team supporting a major Energy client. This role is ideal for a sales–driven leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, developing people, and designing smart outbound campaign strategies that drive commercial results.

As the Outbound Team Leader, you will lead an outbound sales function with a clear focus on driving revenue growth through effective people leadership, strong client partnerships, and well‑executed campaign strategies.
Your role is built around three core pillars:
Client Relationship- Act as a key operational contact for the account, building strong and trusted client relationships
- Ensure outbound campaigns are delivered in line with client objectives, brand standards and compliance requirements
- Provide regular performance updates, insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage day‑to‑day team performance, including KPIs, quality, productivity and engagement
- Foster a high‑performance, sales‑driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Design, implement and optimise outbound sales campaign strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth
- Analyse campaign performance, sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop action plans to address gaps in performance and maximise campaign effectiveness
- Track, report and communicate campaign results, insights and recommendations clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts, offers, targeting and sales approaches
- Proven experience leading an outbound or contact centre sales team
- Strong sales background with a track record of driving results
- Experience in campaign management, sales strategy or performance reporting
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both teams and stakeholders
