This is a sales role with significant earning potential through performance bonuses. If you're shy, uncomfortable with persuasion, or hesitant to pick up the phone and close deals, this position is not for you.

We need someone who:

• Thrives on sales targets and gets excited about earning performance bonuses on top of base salary
• Confidently initiates conversations with potential clients and guides them to decisions
• Follows instructions precisely (if you skip any part of our application process, your submission will be automatically disqualified)
• Sells with empathy— you understand that immigration clients need both confidence and compassion

This role requires:

• Proven sales experience (immigration or legal sales preferred)
• Comfort with cold outreach, lead follow-up, and closing consultations
• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) – you'll be selling to our Hispanic/Latino client base
• Ability to meet monthly client acquisition goals and earn substantial performance bonuses

Compensation Structure:

Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses (top performers significantly increase their earnings)
