IMMI is looking for eager and motivated welders to join our team! As a Production MIG Welder you will be welding parts that are critical to our mission of bringing safety to people. To be successful you must ensure quality and timely welding and operate within the safety standards required for the welding procedures and controls.

HoursMonday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm OR 5:00pm – 3:30am
Responsibilities- Weld products according to work instructions and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor welding, burning and fitting processes to prevent parts from overheating or being damaged by warping, distortion, expansion or shrinkage
- Deliver daily production output demands and communicate timely with appropriate personnel on any problems or delays
- Assist at a variety of workstations throughout the work process as needed
- Previous welding knowledge accompanied by appropriate education
- Understand and apply written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate
- Ability to be on time every work day
- Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
- This work is deadline‑oriented, requires multitasking, fluctuating work schedule and flexibility within the workday
- Requires the ability for close vision, distance vision and depth perception
- Requires working and interacting with others and the ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly, maintain attention to detail and perform focused work
- Standing for extended periods of time, stepping up & down, balancing, bending (hip & knees), reaching, standing, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting (from floor to waist, waist to chest, chest to head), observing, hearing, grasping, pressing and other repetitive actions
- Requires continuous motion throughout the day, utilization of tools, equipment, and industrial vehicles, the ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as deemed necessary
- Requires proper attire and use of PPE which may include eyewear, steel‑toed protection, hard hat, gloves, earbuds and other PPE as deemed necessary
- Work with and/or around potentially dangerous equipment
