This is a hybrid role located in Carmel, IN, for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored recommendations, and offer strategic risk management solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, outside sales, business development, consulting with clients, preparing customized insurance plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

• No insurance experience
• Experienced in business development, sales, or consulting
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze clients' needs to offer suitable insurance solutions
• Self starter and motivated and disciplined for constant growth
• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and building strategic relationships
• Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance or finance are a plus
