Direct Service Provider - In-home Caregiver

Schedule: Enjoy evening and weekend shifts that fit perfectly with your school or personal commitments, giving you the flexibility you need while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

We offer $16–$20 per hour
, along with flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle with reliable transportation and active insurance
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Must have the ability to perform regular adult brief/diaper changes as part of personal care responsibilities
• Must live within 30–45 minutes of Westfield, IN, or be willing to relocate for work
• Must be fluent in English (written, verbal, and comprehension)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team of medical professionals to coordinate care
• Ability to read food labels, recipes, and grocery shop
• Ability to prepare/cook a highly specialized diet, according to the individual s food allergies and safe textures for client s needs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking at a quick pace, bending easily, assisting the client in and out of the bathtub, navigating stairs, and more
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
• Experience providing direct care for adults with complex medical and behavioral needs is preferred

If you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or a Home Health Aide
