We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Admin/Receptionist.

As the Admin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Center Management Team in all aspects of center operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and administration are maintained. You will collaborate closely with the Management team to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional early childhood education and creating a positive, enriching environment for children, families, and staff members alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations, including staff management and facility management.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Coordinate parent communication and engagement initiatives, ensuring open and effective channels of communication with families.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Previous experience in early childhood education and administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles, educational best practices, and licensing requirements.
- Strong skills with the ability to motivate and support a team of educators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards (Indiana state regulations preferred).
