Requirements

Experience:

5 + years in construction project management, with a track record of leading builds from pre‑construction through closeout.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control.
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Experience in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, K‑12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
