Requirements- Experience:
5+ years in construction project management, with a track record of leading builds from pre‑construction through closeout. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Skills:
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control.
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff.
- Market knowledge: experience in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus.
- Travel:
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Lead project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
- Drive cost control and forecasting.
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation through closeout.
