• Experience:
  
  5+ years in construction project management, with a track record of leading builds from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control.
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff.
  • Market knowledge: experience in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

• Lead project planning, estimating, and scheduling.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
• Drive cost control and forecasting.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project documentation through closeout.
