We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a national title insurance company based in Irving, TX.
You will provide the critical network infrastructure, hardware, and software support that keeps our offices running smoothly. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who excels at bridging the gap between complex technical issues and seamless end-user productivity. Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-level customer service and timely resolution for end-user computing and networking issues.
Lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
Resolve escalated technical challenges where standard procedures have failed, performing restorative actions both remotely and on-site.
Act as the secondary tier for issues referred by the help desk, ensuring integrated support across the broader IT team.
Follow established guidelines to maintain system integrity while managing a personal workload under general supervision.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of related work experience in IT support or systems administration.
Experience utilizing or supporting AI tools within an enterprise environment.
Ability to recognize and solve typical hardware/software problems by selecting the best solution from established options.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate moderately complex technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.Typically requires 2+ years of professional experience in a desktop support or technical field services role.
