The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivity.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software functionality.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues when standard procedures fail, performing restorative and maintenance actions remotely or onsite at end-user locations.
- Resolving issues escalated from help desk support.
- Following established procedures and operational guidelines.
- Understanding how assigned duties integrate within the team and related teams.
- Supporting team performance through quality technical support delivery.
- Identifying and resolving routine technical problems using established solutions.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in end-user or technical support.
- Experience supporting desktop systems, networking issues, and end-user environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working within enterprise IT environments.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience.
