Overview

• Assess the patient’s physical and psychological condition continuously and document findings.
• Share significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline.

Education
:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience
:
Medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, telemetry experience preferred.

Licensure
:
Current state registration; BLS required; ACLS optional; PALS within one year of hire.
