Overview

Certified Personal Trainer (Westchester, IL) role at Anytime Fitness. This position involves helping members achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

• Training Clients: lead programs built by experts or create individualized training programs tailored to private training clients' needs, fitness level, and goals.
• Fitness Consultations: assess members' fitness levels and develop long-term plans that align with their goals.
• Sales: explain the benefits of personal training and sell appropriate packages that match members' needs.
• Club Maintenance: maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.

• Personal Trainer Certification (current and from an NCCA-accredited organization, e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA).
• CPR & AED certified;
  First Aid certification a plus.
• Sales Experience preferred: you’ll be selling personal training packages and developing relationships with members to help them succeed.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.

• Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $40.00/hr
• Competitive Pay: $14-$40+ per hour, plus commission on sales of personal training packages.
