• Connect with candidates to understand their background, interests, and career goals
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess fit and potential
• Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
• Partner with experienced recruiters to support open searches
• Assist in managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with professionals
• Competitive mindset with a desire to learn sales and recruiting fundamentals
• Coachable, resilient, and open to feedback
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑moving environment

• Base salary: $48,
• Uncapped commission plan
• On‑target earnings: $80,000–$110,000+
