** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve regional aggregate sales goals.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities across key markets.
* Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer service.
* Drive execution of strategic sales plans that support long-term business objectives.
