Ld Delivery Driver

At CVS Health, we’re building a world of health around every consumer, with more than 300,000 purpose‑driven colleagues. This role works within our long‑term care delivery network to ensure timely, accurate delivery of medication, equipment, and supplies to facilities and patient homes.

The Delivery Driver Lead oversees the quality and efficiency of the delivery team, acting as liaison between long‑term care facilities and transport staff, and providing training for all personnel.

• Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes.
• Monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends.
• Review and set standards for staff.
• Provide timely delivery of medication, equipment, products, and/or supplies to long‑term care facilities or patient homes.
• Conduct routine staff meetings.

• Train all transportation personnel.
• Coordinate work schedule and delivery routes.
• Monitor workflow, analyze patterns and trends.
• Respect privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information and property.
• Access minimal patient protected health information needed to perform duties.
• Coordinate all special deliveries with the operations supervisor.
• Maintain vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA, state and federal regulations.
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Display behavior that exemplifies employee code of conduct guidelines.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and delivered on time.
• Perform physical inventories, scan medication pending for delivery, prepare manifests, and coordinate with nursing facilities.

• Driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use routing software (if applicable).
• Ability to drive a standard transmission if necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong concentration, communication, listening, math skills, and customer‑service orientation.

• Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently.
• Stand or sit 7 to 10 hours per day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
• Visual acuity for reading fine print.
• Must hear normal voice sounds; may work extended hours as needed.

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 – $35.29 per hour (base hourly rate). Actual offer varies by experience, education, geography, and other factors.
