Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive leadership, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Exercise technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations to lead complex technical tasks

+ Set direction and take ownership of manufacturing engineering projects with multiple inter-coordinating elements

+ Identify key issues proactively and develop innovative solutions where precedent may not exist

+ Collaborate with peers and mentors to review project approaches and verify activities

+ Apply new methods and approaches considering the impact on system components and overall operations

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Science, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering

+ 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience

+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical problem-solving skills

+ Ability to anticipate issues and develop creative, effective resolutions

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
