Description
We are excited to welcome a Manager (RN) - Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Integrity (aCDI) to our ambulatory CDI team. This is a full-time leadership role based in Westbrook, Maine with limited hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of risk adjustment and value-based care methodology, solid knowledge of CMS regulations related to risk adjustment and billing, and exceptional communication skills.
Certification in documentation integrity, risk-adjusting coding, and familiarity with quality measures is strongly preferred. This role leads a team of 15+ RN Care Team Members and drives meaningful impact across high-value, patient-focused workflows as we build a best-practice program rooted in excellence and innovation.
