Location/Work Environment: In facility
Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are a healer, a helper, and a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. You work as a teammate, collaborate with peers, and refer patients when needed.
Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
