Senior Financial Analyst

Our client in Westbrook, Maine is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving strategic insights to support leadership decision‑making.

• Lead the monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
• Support strategic planning initiatives, including long‑term modeling
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
• Partner with cross‑functional departments to understand business drivers
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Improve existing financial models and develop new analytical tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Permanent position based out of Westbrook, ME.
